About Us

Who Are We?

TEMA (The Technology Enabled Maintenance Association) was formerly the Central London Maintenance Association (CLMA) – the last remaining branch of the British Maintenance Association (BMA).

We aim to bring our members information about the latest developments in built environment operations and maintenance technology (Proptech).

The requirements of building use and occupation is ever evolving and the technology has a central role to play. We aim to support the accelerated adoption of technology, improving building performance and enhancing occupant wellbeing. 

Part of the BESA Family 

TEMA will work closely with BESA as a specialist interest group within their Service & Facilities group, which amongst other things, is responsible for the widely used industry best practice facilities management tool SFG20
